Parking
Hotel Murmann is located in the village of Fiumicello di Maratea. It should not be a problem finding a parking space in one of the public car parks around the hotel, whatever the time of year.
Hotel Murmann has its own small private car park monitored by CCTV, with barrier and magnetic card access. It boasts just six parking spaces and two electric car charging points. Management has decided to introduce a charge of €15.00 a night for these 6 spaces, subject to availability and reservation.
Electric charging
The focus on sustainability issues and the rapid spread of electric vehicles have prompted us to offer our customers a charging station for electric cars.
Charging is available on request.
Transfer
Hotel Murmann offers its guests a free timetabled shuttle service to the Baia di Fiumicello beach and to Maratea harbour.
In true Ischian style, the shuttle vehicle is a beloved and much photographed Piaggio Ape Calessino three-wheeled vehicle. Here at Hotel Murmann, we are also happy to meet any of our guests who decide to arrive by train at Maratea train station for no additional charge. For other destinations like the statue of Christ the Redeemer, the historic old town of Maratea, the Spiaggia Nera black beach or anywhere else you may wish to visit, our staff will be happy to provide as much assistance as possible whether you are looking to travel by public transport or by your own means.
Garden
The hotel also offers an idyllic garden, the perfect place to relax in the open air.
Rooftop
At the top of the hotel is the panoramic “Arc an Ciel” rooftop, which benefits from stunning views of the Gulf of Policastro.
