Hotel Murmann is great and in stunning village near the beach. It is a lovely part of Italy and refreshingly traditional with friendly people. The hotel pool is great and the rooms very nice. The nearby restaurants are very good
We spent two nights in this gorgeous hotel. Great location, near the beach and just 10 minutes walk to the port. Very nice village with a couple of good restaurants and cafes. Lovely room with most comfortable beds and great shower. Best of all were the staff, so helpful and friendly. Speedy, efficient check in. Great breakfast too and we hope to return
Maratea is a great little town and this hotel was perfect for a 2 night stay. There is plenty to do, and the beach and lots of restaurants are within walking distance. Very clean, nice and modern with great views of the sunset. Great breakfast and very helpful staff
This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful place with helpful staff - and unbelievably good value for money too. Our room had a view of Christ the Redeemer and it is 5 minutes down to the lovely, if steeply sloping, beach. The port is a 20 minute walk but worth it for the views, the setting and the restaurants. Breakfasts were excellent, the pool was clean and our room airy and light. Can't ask for any more, I reckon. Oh, and Basilicata has a stunning coastline

Attention!
The Exit of MARATEA SOUTH at the moment is NOT ACCESSIBLE.
We suggest the following directions A2 Mediterranean motorway (Salerno-Reggio Calabria), from the NORTH motorway
exit Padula / Buonabitacolo, up to Policastro Bussentino, then towards Sapri until you reach the coast of Maratea
or both from NORTH and SOUTH take the LAGONEGRO NORD motorway exit, direct connection to State Road 585 “Fondo
Valle del Noce” with exit: MARATEA CENTRO, via the small Village of TRECCHINA through beautiful chestnut woods, to
arrive by car directly to the Maratea’s historic center and then continue to Fiumicello, located along the coast.
